This standard establishes the requirements for design of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems as well as domestic hot water systems at the John C. Stennis Space Center (SSC). The limits given conform to federally mandated energy conservation standards per National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Policy Directive (NPD) 8820.2, and to best known local factors.
