This specification is for processing PDL 1034 polyurethane foam. This material will no longer be used. PDL 1034 was used in the Space Shuttle Program under an EPA waiver. A new polyurethane foam is being developed for future use. The new material will not have identical requirements, MSFC-SPEC-2083 no longer has an application.
