MSFC-PROC-1721 has been canceled based on the following rationale: This procedure is obsolete and should be replaced by ASTM E1216-11 "Standard Practice for Sampling for Particulate Contamination by Tape Lift" which has been modified to allow for new technology and is sufficiently general for most needs.
